She’s super caring and encouraging and overall has such great energy that inspires me as I’m working out. This class is definitely challenging, but there’s always modifications in doing lower weight if you need them.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI love love love this studio! There is one instructor I am not the biggest fan of (not Monica and I won’t name drop) but other than that Free to Be may be my favorite. Lizzie is the best! Highly recommend this studio. It’s very clean and welcoming. I like that the instructors make an effort to know your name and assist you. The flow and structure of the class match my speed. There is no pressure but strong encouragement to push yourself which I appreciate. I love the cool towel at the end too :)
