From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻

Also good for those who like heated but not too hot. 3rd time taking Mindy’s class - she is very attentive to everyone, both beginners and more advanced. I have taken MANY yoga classes with varying teachers at different studios and I really appreciated some of the intermediate/advanced variations suggested that I’ve never come across before. Just the right amount of Dharma mixed in as well. Will be back!!
