ver todas as avaliaçõesI love Zao Yin’s sound healing class. I went twice while visiting NYC, and I’m so glad I did. She focused on the sacral chakra area, especially the hips, which felt incredible and was exactly what I needed. I also really appreciated the spiritual elements she incorporated into the class. I felt so open, relaxed, and renewed afterward. She is super friendly, and you can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does. The studio is beautiful as well. The space is lovely, filled with windows, and has such a warm, uplifting energy. When I come back to Manhattan, I can’t wait to visit this studio again.
