ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time at Afiya, and as a beginner it was a great experience, Hamnah was excellent in teaching, she helped in fixing my posture, and showing me alternatives as I was struggling. Small intimate class which I appreciated. Felt the burn, but fun experience.
