ver todas as avaliaçõesMy instructor was super sweet! She helped me set up the bike and shoes! As a semi beginner, always feel so rushed at other studios but I had time to get set up. The screens on the wall pushed me so much more, esp the rhythm one (again great for beginners). Music was good. The instructor made me super pumped. I love the more intimate studio size, will definitely be back! Also shoes are free to use here, best part!

I’ve been to maaaaany locations but it was my first time at this particular place, and I am SO SAD I DONT LIVE CLOSER so that I could come here everyday. Kennedy gives such a kickass workout where you feel supported but challenged. Her routine hit all the right areas where I want to feel the burn. I would highly recommend everyone to come to her class!!
