She adjusts your form as needed and makes accommodations for you without you having to ask. I hate that the class if only 45 min, but with Sonali, you’re still going to get a good workout in!

She puts in a lot of exercises in the hour we have together and gives us modifications if we can’t get there. There are options depending on where you are that day. Julie was amazing and super accommodating, I was intimidated not being able to cheat and fone in the moves, but she really helped accommodate my injuries and my limitations. I felt challenged but safe, highly recommend Julie to anyone!!
