I’m a beginner and she was incredibly helpful & had super clear instructions. Also the regulars in the class were super nice. You won’t regret taking a class just do it :)

It was a much harder and more fast-paced class comparing to other zumba classes i’ve taken. However, it was rewarding and definitely worth the effort. Will go again when I need some serious cardio.

She is so encouraging and attentive. She gives a challenging class that encourages people to push themselves, but also reminds us to listen to our bodies and give ourselves grace. This combo of being challenging, encouraging, and attentive makes for a great class that I highly recommend. Definitely going to take again!
