I was really intimidated by the clientele at first - everyone was so serious and not too many smiles going around, but once I got into the workout, I had a great time! The low lights and loud music made it easy for me to just focus on myself and get the most out of my 50 minutes. I like the set up of switching between the floor and the treadmill. and the muscle fatigue was so real, but so satisfying. I’ll be back!

It was easy to understand the instructions, even if I couldn’t do all the moves yet, and Abby was so great to have! I highly recommend this class for anyone that has been tempted to try. Hot tip - wear short spandex shorts and a bra or tank top so that you’re not sliding up and down the pole :)

I loved that we got to dance it out in the first half, and then did weights and core to music for the second half. The time flew by and it felt good to dance away my worries from the last week! I am definitely signing up for more classes in the future!

The instructors and front desk were so attentive it felt like it was a small group class even though there were a ton of us in there. The corrections, modifications, and advancements were tailored to each person as they walked around the room, they all made me feel welcome and I knew exact where I needed to be at every point of the workout. They were all really encouraging. On top of the experience- the workout was perfect! I went on a glute and back day and I am so excited to try the other formats. If you haven’t tried Burn- you should!
