They talked about families, vacations, and it was a nice break from focusing on the workouts. Julie was great and the workout was amazing. I did a trial class pass for this one but will definitely be back!

June was phenomenal - fun, clear and concise directions, and she kept us moving in creative ways without any downtime. She made the effort to check in with each of us and assist with adding springs to challenge us. I’m visiting from out of town but will be sure to seek out her classes in the future!!
