The class was pretty full and of course difficult for the instructor to give as much personal attention and form correction, which is super important for Pilates reformer. This isn’t really the instructor’s fault in this situation, but complete beginners should be aware that doing more classes in a smaller group or even a few privates would be helpful to get maximal benefit from these types of exercises.

I loved the individualized attention she gave to each person. Her hands on corrections, mods and progressions were so good. ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved every bit of it. The 20 minutes of HIIT in the beginning are intense but the pacing is so well set that it moves along fairly quickly. The following 40 minutes on the reformer help seal in the burn across your muscle groups but it’s never more than you can handle. Jean communicated modifications and corrections clearly and well; really appreciated all the modeling she did for us ahead of each exercise. Space is clean and parking is fairly plentiful along York Blvd.
