ver todas as avaliaçõesWow wow wow what a magikal candlelit restorative yoga class with gong, I was relaxed instantly🥱😴🛌💤 I was definitely transported somewhere else that was incredible🩵🩵🩵✨ Jessica’s energy was so great. She was very warm and inviting. She offered multiple modifications, demonstrations and excellent use of props. Arriving I was a little confused and lost where to go as there are multiple rooms and no front desk, I found an instructor who just finished teaching to see if she was possibly the instructor I was going to be with and she was sooo welcoming and helpful. She directed me to the correct class and was sure to introduce me to the instructor. I felt so welcomed and supported the energy of the instructors and community was so beautiful🤍 I look forward to returning and experiencing another incredible class🤍 thank you Jessica and the other instructor🤍 I would absolutely recommend.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIncredible class! I really liked the lesson format. We introduced ourselves so the instructor could get familiar with our levels. There was a warm up and some conditioning. Then we learned tricks/spins. They were built/stacked on each other until it made a combination. I really appreciated that because I have a difficult time transitioning between steps and knowing how to put steps into a routine. The instructor was very friendly and made an effort to learn everyone’s name. She circled around the room to give individual attention. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAmazing class! I’ve never taken pilates before and always wanted to. For obviously reasons, I was super nervous especially to take the class by myself. But everyone in there was welcoming, nice and it’s a clean environment. It definitely gives a small class feel and I knew the instructor was looking at everyone and would correct form if needed and even joined it. DEFINITELY coming back and dragging friends along. Not sure how to make it work with my work schedule just yet but I’ll find a way! :)

He checked in with me several times and gave recommendations. Pretty sore & pretty happy about it. I would say if you’re in for a heavy, good workout full body do it.
