    Tori’s classes are always extraordinary. Creative and well crafted. She’s the real deal. 🙏 A consideration is the high volume of the music. At times it was hard to hear instructions and took way from what was otherwise an excellent experience. Loud music accompaning fitness classes seems to be everywhere. It’s getting to club like levels. Let’s be kind to everyone’s hearing. Your ears will thank you. 👂

    Sara is a great instructor who explains very clearly every move on the reformer. There were some first time reformer users in the class and she took the time to explain the machine and terminology, and later made sure they got guidance and the right form for the moves.

    Thoroughly enjoyed Michelle's class and the options provided based on experience. Would recommend more encouraged water breaks throughout the class but overall, I enjoyed the class a lot. The studio is a few flights up (there is an elevator available) so that was a nice unanticipated workout before the yoga class haha.

    Anne is amazing - loved this class, again. I entered feeling bogged down, heavy and sluggish - left feeling light and thoughtful and centred. Her presence is very grounding. Exactly what I was hoping for. Just the right amount of challenge to push yourself but with enough slowness to catch your breath.

    May was an amazing guide in providing a challenging and informative experience. We came in for a peaceful evening yoga session that was to be more meditative not knowing it was a core yoga class (our mistake). We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised and motivated by this therapeutic close to the night. Would recommend.

    Great class for anyone wanting to get into learning how to do workouts with barbells, we went through a series of exercises to make sure we have the movement and form correct before working out with barbells. The class had the right amount of people to get that attention from the instructor as well, to point out how we can improve. A class I will be going to consistently :)
