The space is stunning, but there’s not a lot of light from the window and there’s no mirrors to check your form. The class was very relaxed and slow paced. KJ provided plenty of modifications for moves which makes this class really good for beginners.

It has built in warm up (which can be a hit or miss for those who expected this to be 1 hr of straight work out) and weight lifting for the remaining 40-45 minutes. It was a good challenge for me and was supported through the class. Very happy with my experience!

He made it a super safe environment and facilitated a space where we can easily ask questions about form and what muscles were using, thus enhancing our gym time! Awesome awesome overall!

Only weird thing was another employee came up to me during the class just to ask me if I used class pass to attend, which was odd, and then walked away. She could’ve asked me after the class was over instead.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor was very nice! The space was also so beautiful I loved the light hardwood and the airiness of it. Gorgeous and so modern. The Pilates portion wasn’t really a workout, more so just stretching to prepare for the run. I loved the run route, it really took advantage of the studios prime location along the Stone Arch Bridge. It was lovely outside and I had a great time during the run portion. That said, the description says you can walk or go at your own pace….that is semi true. The group does NOT slow down for you but you can go at your own pace but it’ll definitely go over the class time limit considering it’s a 2 mile route that’s supposed to fit in 30 mins. So just be prepared for that - I ended up taking a short cut and walking and ended up finally getting to the studio 10 minutes after the class was officially over and missed all the post run stretching. Not the instructors fault though, that’s on me for not being fit and able to run! Overall it was a great slow start to my Sunday!

Having come in with back issues he went through and analyzed what muscles I was Miss using and guided me to use the correct ones to relieve myself of any future back pain. He was super nice and informative and patient and I really enjoyed the experience would come again.!

The Factory’s website is still active with a 2019 copyright, and they wrote about pending closure of the business, as if it were still a future event. They apparently never updated their website but still have it hosted somewhere. 1/5 stars because I cant give zero.
