I appreciated all of her modification tips for easier or more challenging efforts. Her chill vibe and joyful smile made it worth coming on a rainy day! Decent playlist as well. I will be back for 5 tracks next time!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was great and a good pace, but the instructor was not very beginner friendly. There was minimal explanation or demo and overall Georgia was not very encouraging. However, overall I enjoyed the circuit. The gym is great and really clean!

ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was well organized and intentional. Workout had a good structure and combination of punchbag work with conditioning. Facilities were super clean with lots of space, nice locker rooms (with showers) and ability to borrow gloves, towels, and fill up water.

ver todas as avaliaçõesOverall great class, would recommend! The coach has a fun energy and he provided a lot of helpful feedback for me as a beginner. It’s very hands-on but very cool to learn practical moves and get a workout compared to other classes that just focus on the workout.
