I personally found it a bit confusing at the start (finding various stations) because it was so much larger but you got the hang after the first round. I feel like there needs to be more screens for this size space as it was hard to follow from the other end of the room. Instructors were helpful.

Verity was so lovely and motivating and the light show timed to the music was a very cool touch. Definitely heavier springs than I’m used to working with (had to modify at times which humbled me) and the class moves very quickly with limited breaks - but the time went by super quickly!
