She was very thorough in explaining and demonstrating so even though I was new I was able to follow along. This was also my first time at this studio. She did an excellent job! the only thing is they only give #6 reformer to classpasser and at the corner they need another mirror I think. the corner reformer does not have mirrors on both sides of the walls, which is kinda unfair. I wonder if Duo owner ever reads the reviews here, if so, please install at least one two mirrors for the person using the reformer #6.

Studio A is customized for advanced classes with heavier spring loads. Studio B is ideal for clients new to Pilates or wanting a refresher. There is a bathroom in each studio. The wellness component blew me away. There is a breathing room that’s inviting with the aroma of lavender and a simple breathing exercise written in the wall to serve as a guide. Cold towels, water, tea offerings, and regular towels are available. There is a sauna available to patrons after class being offered complimentary during the introductory phase. The sauna is sizable and can accommodate two people if friends want to experience together. WiFi is available to sync with your phone while in the sauna. There is adequate parking in the front and back of the studio. I 10/10 recommend checking classes out!
