ver todas as avaliaçõesI took a Groove class and it was unlike any class I’ve ever taken. You’re encouraged to do your own thing and explore the space and your body while getting your groove on. It was a lot of fun and very freeing. Definitely recommend!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was a lot of fun! I get the sense that you have to attend a few classes to learn all the dance moves but the environment was welcoming and I had a good time trying my best and working up a sweat :)
