This was one of the best chill classes I’ve done - Sarah was amazing!!! She also ended the class with the loveliest poem which really made the class feel special. Thank you 💗

But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!
