ver todas as avaliaçõesWow! What an incredible teacher and an incredible space held to learn. It was my first time at hot yoga and this class and I felt welcomed and safe. Sindy is so clear with directions and bestows this sense of discipline which I really loved. My attention rarely shifted from my breath or body the whole class and I really do think that’s a sign of a great teacher and a well led class. Can’t wait to go back, hope she does more evening classes at mission in the future

Even though process feels uncomfortable at times it's worth experiencing it. Also Jenny is a great teacher, explains everything and makes you feel welcomed 🙂

ver todas as avaliaçõesCe type de pratique n’est pas forcément celle que je préfère personnellement, mais je mets 5 étoiles parce que je pense de façon objective qu’elle est très intéressante : le prof nous a beaucoup guidés, les transitions d’une position à une autre étaient très fluides, et il y avait un échange d’intentions avant/après la pratique. C’était très méditatif. Le lieu est aussi très agréable et le personnel très gentil.

You charge the same credits as other studios with much better bikes where you can actually fully adjust them - I notice a lot more back pain from classes at Rumble because I can't get the right set up I need.

The only downside was that the studio (studio 3) was stuffy when we were all sweating, but opening the window quickly rectified that!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI always love this studio, and usually love the vinyasa classes that Chloe leads, but have been often disappointed by vinyasa classes by other substitute teachers as I did not find them challenging enough and were often far too slow paced. Chris’s class was by far one of the best, if not the best class I’ve had at the Refinery! Although it was very challenging, and really pushed me to my limits, Chris was always ready to guide and assist and also shared a lot of wisdom and knowledge of chakras and chanting. Will definitely be back!

Timen var variert og utfordrende på en måte som virkelig gjorde godt for kroppen. Gjennom dynamiske og funksjonelle bevegelser fikk vi jobbet med mobilitet i hele kroppen, noe som kjennes både styrkende og frigjørende.
