ver todas as avaliaçõesWas introduced to the most shiok hamstring stretch using yoga strap and the best of all it that it is hands free!! I love the vibe of the studio and the really clean toilets. Got a pocky snack each at the end of class too! However I’m not too sure about this place being suitable for sound bath as the noise from the traffic is quite constant and loud. Some reflection bouncing off the white walls outside the studio which is a little glaring if you pick the wrong spot. Will look out for PH class in future as I enjoy a 90mins class which is quite rare on normal days.

I would liken Justin’s style as a mix of somatic movement, classical pilates adapted with props, and an exploration of what your body can achieve in a relaxed state. Would love an overlay of fluidity after the basics but I think the sequence of exercises was very suited to the clients in the class.
