ver todas as avaliaçõesI absolutely loved my experience with the infrared sauna! The staff were very nice and explained how everything worked in the sauna. The eucalyptus took to cool was fantastic and much appreciated. I will absolutely be back. After the session I was extremely relaxed (and a little hungry) and my skin has even looked a little more glowy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to improve circulation, reduce inflammation and pain and gain all the other benefits of the infrared sauna and extra light therapy.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI forgot his name but the staff was helpful and gave me enough information and assurances to get me going. The session itself is (and capped at) 3 minutes. Taking shallower breath was helpful to me and I look forward to doing it again next month!
