Finally now at six weeks postpartum I am able to experience her magic. She is so good and knowledgeable with postpartum fitness. She also had a special assistant to help with Taking care of the babies. This is completely optional for Moms who would like extra help so they can focus on their practice. Jane even offered to measure my diastasis recti to test my core. At the end of the class the babies have their own yoga segment, which is a great bonding experience for Momma and Baby.

It isn’t in the best neighborhood so just be sure to not leave any valuables in your car & be alert when taking a night class. The class itself is on the 5th floor so there are quite a few flights to climb but the atmosphere you walk into is so welcoming! The front desk receptionist was super kind and helpful reminding us to fill out a waiver prior. The class itself was nice ans I was able to get a good stretch in and relax after a long day. The instructor took her time to get to know the participants and reminded us that this is OUR practice and we have range of how far we want to go within each move.

I do a lot of yoga recreationally so the massage stretches were not painful for me. Overall, it was a relaxing atmosphere and worth the money.
