It was very busy, but I had an appointment through classpass so I did not have to wait at all. The manicurist was working really quickly when cutting my cuticles and he did nip a bit too deep on the cuticle of one finger so it bled like crazy. But he acted quickly to disinfect and stop the bleeding. The pedicure service was nice although she did seem a bit distracted at times. Overall the outcome of my mani and pedi looked nice (aside from the bleeding cuticular), but next time I won’t go during such a busy time as I felt like they were in a hurry.

Can’t believe I didn’t know of this place earlier. The cold plunge/ sauna experience was pretty wild and awesome. Very nice that there’s a shower in the room as well. All the amenities that you need. Brooke even offered a second towel as well as water supplements. I will definitely return and I highly recommend!

I get squirmy with needles going into my vein and she did it super fast and nearly painless. I went with the Myers cocktail which has Vit C, B complex, zinc, magnesium and glutathione. Class pass members receive a free dose of B-12 on their first visit. Since the Myers cocktail already contained B-12, she swapped it out for B-6. The chairs are comfy and she gave me a heating packet for my hand and to ensure the fluids going in don’t get too cold. She answered all my questions and it was overall a very positive experience.

Roxy checked in throughout to make sure I was doing okay. For the other parts of the session, I could feel it working, but it was pretty relaxing and I ended up taking a short nap. At the end of the 90 minutes, the measurements showed I had lost 1.5 inches!!!? Would definitely go back for more consistent sessions.
