Good place for beginners and those looking for a studio that isn’t intimidating. They focus on numbers and less on choreography/speed but generally strike a good balance of both. The numbers shown in class are a good motivator to push harder!

ver todas as avaliaçõesOk I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

She gave positive feedback to everyone in the room too, which helped us with our confidence. I would definitely take her class again!

Class was energetic and fun and good vibes all around. Instructor was super cheery and did a great job leading the dance moves.

This class is definitely a push and it moves fast but as a newbie to weightlifting I was able to follow along. The gym had a nice facility too. The people are very kind and you can tell the people there really put in the work, it’s inspiring. Also Celinda is so considerate about explaining terms and leading you through across the floor moves so i didn’t feel left behind, i felt like i was really learning. I’m hoping to go back

She made it easy for someone who has never really danced before, like me ;-; She points out what to focus on and how everyone can improve. Parking was also easy to find. I was able to park in the structure under the building. There were plenty of spaces on a Tuesday night.
