ver todas as avaliaçõesDawn Patrol Yoga really knows how to pick their instructors! Everyone I’ve taken has been so great and knowledgeable. This was my second time taking Jordan’s class this week! It’s slow-paced, classic yoga focused on balance, breathing, and moving with your body. Not an intense workout, but perfect for stretching out those stiff muscles, especially if you do hot sculpt or lift! Definitely adding yoga to my weekly rotation!

This is probably my favorite Pilates studio in OC 😌 I’ve done strength training, Lagree and modern Pilates many times but classical Pilates is just special - I thought I was flexible and strong until I get here and every time, the instructors always shows me how much more I need to learn about my own mind/body (spine specifically) connection and I love it!! 🥰
