Additionally, she walls around and provides common sense solutions for portions of the exercise that are confusing. I highly recommend this class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesBy far my favorite pilates instructor of all time (Wednesday 7 pm instructor). She was such a genuine person who is also so sweet. She helped me move with the pace of the class since I am still newer to pilates. The class was the perfect pace, not too slow and not too fast. We got to use all the different boards which made the class extra exciting.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIt was so fun! The instructor was super nice and helpful. The breaks in between songs were great. Perfect for cardio. The location is at hard core and the class technically didn’t start until 7:15 but we started early. Class pass had the time at 7 pm.

I appreciated that he tries to make his class feel like a family (we even celebrated someone's birthday by giving them the dance floor). I did zumba a lot growing up so his choreography was easy enough for me to catch on to, but I also liked that his creativity provided me with a slight challenge as well.
