ver todas as avaliaçõesvery high energy class! they walk you through all the moves, and the instructor does them with you, so it’s easy to catch up if you’re confused. the music was loud and fun. the workout was challenging, i’ve never done a workout class like this before, but i really enjoyed it. kickboxing will get you sweating, but it’s a good feeling!

Honestly I don’t mind it, because learning the different tricks takes a lot of energy. So having a break in between doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Can’t wait to take more classes!
