ver todas as avaliaçõesOkay so this was my first time at Bodyrok and I want to give an honest review for anyone interested. I’ve gone to Hili, F45, and Jetset before. I love the space. The bathrooms and the waiting area are immaculate. The girls up front were amazing. The reformer is easy to understand and clean. I love the classes and how they target specific muscles. The moves are even listed on a screen in the back. LOVE. The instructor was very nice but there wasn’t much in modifications which is okay but be comfortable and confident in asking if you need one and don’t know how. I wish the music was louder personally but not really a downside just personal preference. Lol overall 8/10 for a first time and would definitely come again to try some more instructors and classes !

My only wish is that each instructor did these: give a regular, easy, and challenging spring option and reminded us where in and out breaths go. It seems to be opposite in Pilates than other fitness classes. If I did regular spring load, I don’t get much of a workout. I want to either feel burn or fatigue when I workout.

ver todas as avaliaçõesi really enjoyed this class with erica. it was my first time at this studio & it felt very welcoming! erica had all the supplies we would need for the class laid out (support blocks, eye mask, blanket, strap thing) & they didn’t charge for borrowing the yoga mat. it was ultra ultra relaxing & erica truly takes the time to personalize this experience, by massaging the shoulders & scalp during certain stretches. 100/10 this is exactly what i needed this day!
