Cari definitely challenged me and her consented light touch form adjustments were so helpful. The studio owner is also incredibly warm and friendly. The studio is beautifully decorated, very clean and has mats, props and blankets for use. I can’t wait to come back!

Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!

I appreciated how Alissa paid attention to students' form during the movements & respectfully offered corrections & modifications. There are free mats available to use if you forget to bring your own. The studio is beautiful, clean, spacious. Looking forward to trying the Reformer classes!

I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on. Thank you Gillian for sharing this practice with me and being so welcoming and inviting 💕 20/10 recommend !
