Since I’m not a member at that gym, I don’t have a pass to let me in before 9am. ClassPass users have to wait for someone else to be going/coming to get inside.

I’ve only done spin once before but this experience was my preferred one (I felt the intensity was higher which was something I liked). I loved the candles are dark lit room with good music. I also like that these bikes are ones that can be worn with your own shoes (I struggled with clip in shoes).
