I wish they had more than two showers though; I was at the 6am class and even though I made a beeline for the showers, I still had to wait about 10 minutes to get into a shower. The class was great though!

Arranged wonderfully around the gym with plenty of space and one of the three instructors made sure I went the right way from station to station in my first lap. Great form critiques, great guidance, and a great full-body workout. I’ll be back for sure.

I get bored with doing the same exercises in multiple sets. Only thing I suggest is it was kind of distracting doing yoga while someone was cleaning the weights. But I appreciate someone cleaning the equipment!
