Her instruction to positions were easy to follow and when I wasn’t coordinating my movements well she helped me to coordinate better and described ways to which I could connect better. I appreciated the smaller class size. She also was able to help modify our moves to fit our specific needs. I left class feeling stronger, more connected to my body, confident, and seen. Everyone at the studio was very nice and it had a good environment that facilitated belonging, comfort, and confidence.

She ensures that the combo is accessible to any dance experience level and gives options for simpler or more challenging movements. Her class is so positive and the choreography+music were beautiful.
