She makes all the movements super easy to understand and walks you through everything no matter what it is. Great class for beginners if you’re just getting into it, or if you’ve been doing it for years and are super experienced. I consider myself pretty fit and love a hard workout but the class pushed me. She makes everything scalable and pushes you! TAKE THE CLASS ITS WORTH YOUR TIME, ESPECIALLY with Ma’ili!

The class pushed me just enough, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt amazing afterward. Christina is incredibly kind, welcoming, and encouraging, which made the experience even better. Definitely one of those workouts that reminds you why showing up matters. Worth every minute, and I can’t wait to come back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesClassic was a killer workout—in the best way! I’m used to lifting weights, but I was honestly amazed at how challenging it was using just your own body weight. Pau, the instructor, was amazing. She kept a close eye on everyone, made sure our technique was on point, and gave helpful corrections throughout the class. The energy was incredible, the playlist was fire, and the whole vibe kept me motivated the entire time. Also, shoutout to the front desk—super friendly and welcoming to us first-timers, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!
