The instructor took the time to introduce herself and to learn about us, whether it was our first time, had we ever cycled before etc. We were properly fitted to our assigned bikes. Lulu walked me through each and every step so I got it right I got support from all the other ladies at the class. Very female empowering oriented environment love that I can go at my own pace.
