She made sure everyone had the correct form throughout the class, kept the energy high the entire time, and was smiling nonstop which made the experience even better. The music playlist was AMAZING and had all of us completely hyped from start to finish. Such a fun and motivating workout. highly recommend!

She guided us through the entire class, making sure we stayed on track while still having fun. The workout itself was such a unique experience—high energy, fun, and definitely a great sweat. And the cool down at the end was the perfect touch, super relaxing and exactly what you need after that kind of workout. Loved everything about it and would 100% go back!

Ferns voice was soothing and she seemed in tune with the class and said exactly what I needed to hear. I will be back 🙏🏼💗

The beginning half had glute/hamstring and core strengthening exercises, and the second half was stretching and practicing splits. The instructor was super friendly and made sure to come around and give everyone personal form corrections. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and cute. I will definitely be back!
