The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. She makes everyone in class feel comfortable and seen while leading a challenging, well-paced flow. I especially appreciate her focus on footwork…strong feet/ankles are so important as the basis of posture and so often overlooked. I’m genuinely disappointed to see that she’s teaching fewer classes now. She is one of the main reasons I chose this studio, and I know I’m not the only one who looks forward to her sessions.
