It was a cool class today because I recognized movements from reformer classes which was really so interesting and fun!! Loved it 🌸🩷

ver todas as avaliaçõesI absolutely love this class! First time taking with Lisa and loved her style. It was very challenging but doable and had a good flow. The studio is usually really warm and it was hot, but it definitely wasn’t so warm that you couldn’t breathe as sometimes it gets. Want to add this Saturday class to my rotation. Gorgeous studio and good vibe.

ver todas as avaliaçõesClass was good and challenging. Definitely a different style and pace from other yoga classes I’ve taken. It didn’t feel as hot as I expected but still had a good sweat. A great way to decompress after a long shift from the hospital. I’m glad I was able to keep up with other baddies in the class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI went to Hot Mat Pilates on Friday at 5:30 and regular Matt Pilates at noon, (but I forget what day). Both classes were taught by Carolyn. They were so powerful and healing, with a mix between intense and stretch. Carolyn was flawless in her flow, her articulation and cues, and her ability to describe each move. Not to mention, her form is perfect, so you can see exactly what your body's supposed to do. I hadn't been to Pilates specifically, in 20 years. It was so easy to follow, and modifications were offered. The low lights, the heated room, and the peace all added to the multiple benefits of the map Pilates class. This seems to be a very special community. I felt very welcome, but not 'overly' attended to, and was able to just meld right in to the experience. This is a small, intimate studio, with a free flowy vibe, and the courtyard entrance adds to the charm.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIzzy’s Mat Pilates class was AMAZING!! Such a good workout from start to finish. The class was challenging in the best way, but still felt super intentional and easy to follow. Izzy’s energy was so motivating, her cues were great, and I felt like every movement had a purpose. I left feeling strong, accomplished, and already wanting to take her class again. Definitely one of the best Pilates classes I’ve taken!! 🤍
