This was my second class with this instructor, and it happened last time too. I would have loved to participate in the cooldown, but we started late, which pushed us five minutes over. Instead of waiting for people to trickle in late, let’s please keep in mind the people who show up on time. Nobody wants to be “that person” to ask to start class. Saying all this with love, and I can’t wait to be back! 💗

I have been searching to find a HIIT home as this place is straight forward, non-intimidating, music is great and motivating. I enjoyed having the instructors correct my form as needed, while being encouraging and pushing us to the final countdown. It goes by really quick! You see your name assigned to a station and exercise and you just go at your own pace at how many reps you can. I felt not only in my upper arms but my core.
