Your energy is amazing, and I really appreciate how attentive you were with me, making sure I was doing each pose correctly and taking the time to guide and correct me when needed. It made such a difference, and I truly appreciate the care and dedication you put into your classes. I love your energy and the way you teach. Thank you for such a wonderful class! 🧘♀️✨

I particularly enjoy Carolyn's class because she does hands off Reiki, meaning she makes no physical contact with your body. I've had hands on Reiki at other studios, and it's so nice to find a studio that offers the hands off approach as well. Carolyn is also lovely and has such a sweet, welcoming, positive energy. 💕Her playlists are always amazing and really allow you to float off into meditation. 🎵To top it all off, her sound bath is on point! Highly recommend, definitely a class to add to your schedule!
