ver todas as avaliaçõesI am a beginner at yoga. I've had previous experience with yoga and that definitely helped me through the class. Alfred was spectacular! He can tell that there were some newbies and experts in the class. He would always explain a pose if he sees somebody confused and give extension options of certain poses to those who are in a higher level of their practice. The staff is really kind, the instructor was really kind, and the other classmates are also very kind. All in all a very great experience.
