Idlesy Was extremely thorough in explaining her steps and anything I didn't understand she was happy to go over and make sure that I understood the step. I definitely recommend her and her class to anyone that is a beginner or even advanced as she was very knowledgeable and I look forward to doing another class with her.

None the less, I preserved through the class with encouragement from Kristi and the other attendees. I would love to try this class again. (Note: I found this place difficult to find since their signage isn’t conspicuously placed-they just moved in a month ago).

ver todas as avaliaçõesI attended the flexibility class guided by Sebastian. I absolutely love his energy and the way he prepares our body for challenging postures. I do enjoy the buddy system to help the person next to you to get deeper in their flexibility goals. Sebastian is a wonderful instructor at multitasking as well. I appreciate his awareness to help one student ,but also look up to check in with the group and their posture.
