The salon was immaculate (and the staff were cleaning throughout at all empty stations, ensuring each was properly sanitized), and the staff were so welcoming. They offer free massages (asking for cash tips). I had the spa pedicure as well as a back massage. Each included a stone massage as well. i can't wait to come back here! I was charged for top coat polish $1 and gel removal $5 which wasn't bad at all. Emilen was great, pleasant offered good conversation, and did an excellent job.

I also never took a yoga class with pillows and blankets. It was all new to me. I would recommend this class for healing and people who want to just take it easy with nice slow deep stretches.

ver todas as avaliaçõesYou’re told to bring bathing suit and water jug for hydration. But I also recommend bringing toiletries like mini body wash and shampoo/conditioner. The showers ran out of them and thank goodness I brought some. Also no need for a water jug because they have paper cups and lots of water stations. Your water jug would just heat up in the sauna. The instructors were informative and friendly. During lively free flow; you explore the place on your own at your own pace. Usually it’s recommended to start off in the sauna for 10-15 minutes to warm you up and then go into the ice bath/plunge. They have lockers with pins so no need to bring a lock. No phones are allowed past the changing room/locker room. The saunas have sand timers on the side of the walls to help you keep track of time as there are clocks everywhere. They give you a blue bracelet if you’re new and that helps guides identify you and help you 1:1 if needed.

He eased me into the massage so that he wasn’t immediately digging into my body and it was the first time where I felt true relief after a massage.
