ver todas as avaliaçõesJiYeong is so detailed as an instructor and always has a clear focus and routine, really making each session a workout (don’t be deceived— her routines seem simple but result in happy, sore muscles!) as well as a meditative experience. She really emphasizes good form (so important and often overlooked) and routinely makes corrections. Instead of reformers, class today used the stability chairs (new to me). i enjoyed the variation.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI had THE BEST time with aerial yoga! I am a very beginner and my grip hands were definitely a bit sore since my grip strength is horrible but I was able to do everything. Sherry was great with individualized adjustments. I went with my bestie and we got to take a progress video at the end which made me feel very accomplished even though I’m still very new. I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll get!
