ver todas as avaliaçõesHonestly this gym far surpassed my expectations and I think I’ll probably sign up for a membership. They had a ton of equipment, every machine I can imagine. Tons of treadmills and stairmasters etc. They have multiple specialist rooms with really high end, specific equipment, and even a Sauna. I’m surprised other reviews didn’t mention that. Their membership is super affordable and they also have trainers in-house. Recommend checking it out, nothing to lose!

However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

Found this mildly bizzare… also while dancing was fun, it was clear the instructor was a youngin’ all the moves required so much bouncing & weight on the knees. I sort of tweaked/mildly sprained my knee early on from which it never quite recovered. I know I sound so old writing this, but I’m a mere thirty! Very difficult on the joints. Not an issue I’ve ever had on the dance floor before!
