ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was fun and informal! Let loose and shake all your inhibitions out- you’re here to dance! Once you get over the beginning scares, you’ll have fun in no time :) Instructor started class without checking everyone in- which confused me, but I was also fine with that! Everyone got into a spot and started mirroring the instructor’s movements. It was definitely a class for me to get out of my comfort bubble and sweat!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was great and still easy to follow along. I wasn’t able to dance it perfectly but was able to follow along with most of it. Lisa was very nice and friendly. She made it easy for someone who has never really danced before, like me ;-; She points out what to focus on and how everyone can improve. Parking was also easy to find. I was able to park in the structure under the building. There were plenty of spaces on a Tuesday night.
