I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

ver todas as avaliaçõesbest yoga class i’ve been to! i loved how much the actual yoga philosophy was used intentionally as we moved through poses. it was challenging in the best way possible but super accessible! the space is also so gorgeous. will be back!

ver todas as avaliaçõesSpace was welcoming and calming - large yet intimate, with a beautiful view, despite fog covering the mountains . The instructor / owner was pleasant, nurturing, and wise. I learned I’m limited in toe mobility and WILL be practicing 🙏🏼 I’ll also be returning, Sunday, for a sound bath, because it all just felt right 👌🏼
