My only wish would be for hands-on corrections as I know the right tweak makes a night and day difference. I love, love ❤️ hands on corrections. Thank you

ver todas as avaliaçõesAlways five stars for me! I come to get pushed hard I don’t want an easy workout, which is why Helene’s classes are my absolute favorite. She asked me if she could correct me or touch my form and it was fine for me because I want to be pushed so I can see results. Even if you’ve done pilates this is lagree it’s harder in my opinion! I always leave feeling like I worked hard!
