The music was loud and fun, and the instructor was so amazing and fit and nice hahahaha. The one thing that maybe I didn’t love was how often the lights were changing from dark to red to blue to dark, I felt a bit woozy. Otherwise, perfect clean location with lots of parking and they provide shoes!

She’s extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and passionate about her work. It’s getting more and more challenging finding authentic classical Pilates instructors these days, and she’s the real deal. Loved the small class, personal attention, and hands on corrections to form. We worked primarily on the Pilates tower and I definitively got a good workout even with the subtle moves. The end of the class was a surprise. I’ve never been on a power plate before. I felt lighter leaving class! Looking forward to returning to check out her other classes.

The gym also includes two heavy bags, a squat rack, sets of dumbbells & kettlebells, and all kinds of accessories. Parking is in the private gated lot. There are two mat spaces and two bathrooms. They have a separate shower most gyms do not have. Hanny is very friendly, personable, and full of knowledge. She helped me dissected each combo with patience and clear communication. She's a great coach and amazing human being. Hanny made one hour seem priceless.

I immediately felt better, less congested and more energy. It was amazing. The facility is spotless.
