The gym also includes two heavy bags, a squat rack, sets of dumbbells & kettlebells, and all kinds of accessories. Parking is in the private gated lot. There are two mat spaces and two bathrooms. They have a separate shower most gyms do not have. Hanny is very friendly, personable, and full of knowledge. She helped me dissected each combo with patience and clear communication. She's a great coach and amazing human being. Hanny made one hour seem priceless.

Right in a cute shopping complex in Old Town Pasadena, in a very comfortable suite… Enid is such a talented massage therapist. She is also way more than a massage therapist because within two minutes, it was clear that she’s had a ton of education on the body and experience. Without pointing out all the issues, she immediately went to exactly the places that needed help, and it was such a gift to be with her for 90 minutes. Would also call her a healer because it just feels like more than a massage, and you could tell she’s really in tune with not only knowing what’s going on with the body, but also healing it, simultaneously in the 90 minutes. You’re also able to tell she has a lot of different techniques in her arsenal and is able to really customize the massage. We’ve all been to massages where we know it’s not individualized, and that’s just the massage therapist “routine,” but this was nothing like that.
