ver todas as avaliaçõesToday's class was intense, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I'm guessing the focus this week for this class is lower body/legs, so I worked up a sweat here. Delon was very encouraging, and was very observant about everyone's technique and corrected them as needed (despite it being a huge class). Overall would come back here if I ever holiday in Penang again.

ver todas as avaliaçõesVery impressed! Small group class, challenging but not too intense. Some of the sequences were new to me but the flow and movements felt natural. Instructor was definitely experienced, well trained and also bubbly and encouraging, goes around to check and correct movements. This is the best class and instructor I’ve attended in Penang so far, highly recommended! Will definitely drop in again when I’m back in town!
