The class was intimate, challenging and incredibly well thought out. (I found muscles I didn’t even know I had!) The highlight though was Sienna. She was knowledgeable, encouraging and created such a calm, welcoming environment. As someone starting fresh in a new state, it meant so much that she took a few minutes after class to genuinely chat and make me feel welcome. That small act of kindness made a huge impression. I can’t wait to go back! 💕

The lo-fi music they play in the background is a great touch and honestly makes it even easier to switch off and unwind. The setup with the sauna, hot tub, and cold tub is spot on, and it’s a perfect space to escape the everyday stress for a bit. Everything feels clean, well thought out, and easy to enjoy at your own pace. What really makes the difference though is the staff—they’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking to relax and reset.
